No, we are a holiday apartment complex. We offer independent accommodation with greater privacy, a private kitchen, and no daily cleaning service.
What are the
check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: Online check-in until 15:00. You will receive a
WhatsApp message with all the necessary instructions.
Check-out: Until 11:00 at no additional cost.
Departure after 11:00: Late check-out fee of €35.
Early check-out: If you leave before 10:00, please leave
the keys in the box at the side door.
Late check-out: Must be requested one day in advance. Subject to
availability.

Yes, The Roof Chill Out is our terrace with views of the volcanoes. In the morning we serve a buffet breakfast, and in the afternoon it operates as a gastrobar.

We are not fully adapted for people with disabilities. We have elevators and a ramped entrance, but we do not offer fully accessible facilities.

Do you accept
minors and pets?
Under 16 years old: Cannot book or check in without an adult present.
From 16 to 18 years old: Written permission from legal guardians is
required.
We are not a pet-friendly complex and do not have facilities adapted for

cleaning service work?
Apartments do not include daily cleaning. Bed linen and towel changes can be requested free of charge every 5 days. Please request this service at reception.
What
sustainability measures are applied in the complex?
Our apartments are equipped with 30-liter water heaters to save energy and water. Additionally, we do not have air conditioning to reduce environmental impact.
